FROCKS & FROLICS
I am Marina the 'Jacky of all trades' behind the scenes. Frocks & Frolics was a typical garage start up. Five years ago, I decided to put everything I learnt as a professional tailor, school
teacher and 'YouTube sensation' to good use in my own online sewing school. Let me teach you how to sew properly and enjoy it every step of the way. Thousands of students have
learnt how to sew, in my hands on courses and loved the results! You can be part of the sewing class wherever you are in the world! Work when it suits you and at your own pace. So, sign up, choose your courses, I can't wait to meet you.

This pattern is amazing. It goes together nicely. The video is extremely helpful. The finished shirt is finished beautiful inside and out! Thank you!
This is a fantastic dress pattern! The videos make it so easy to follow and the directions are well explained. I easily modified it into a Cinderella dress so it works great as a base for any princess dress!
The best pattern that I've ever used since I began sewing. Easy to use and you can understand the direction so much better than the american patterns, the fit is amazing.
I took a break from sewing for my kiddos and made myself this dress. Thank you Marina, for another wonderful pattern. You are the best! I love to wear dresses, so I'll be making a bunch of these! The pattern is the Sophie faux wrap dress.

Finally done with my unicorn dress. I used the Vivienne pattern. Used the lining pattern for the main shell and lining. The skirt is two full skirts. The lining is a little longer, so the ruffles peep out a little. A lot of love in this dress!
I can't help but feeling selfish, if I do not share this. I am yet to find a pattern more versatile than this one.

Phew that was scary having never made the Vivienne for myself or on this scale. So here we go while it may not be perfect, I am very pleased with it and you do learn from your own mistakes. Practice will make it even better now that I have the right pattern.
I used the cool shirt pattern for this dress. (I am still practicing before I make the actual school uniform). Sleeves fit better and are so much easier to sew. Love the result.
Very happy with my Vivienne dress. I love the black and white Gingham. It didn't quite match up in the back but I love it no matter.
